Academy Day

Nursery 

The dedicated Nursery Gate on Sutcliffe Avenue will open at 8:20 am the doors open between 8:25 and 8:30am (please note at this time the main gates will not be open so in order to be on time, parents will need to use the dedicated nursery gate. 

Session time: 8:30am to 11:30am

Reception, KS1 and KS2

The main gates including Milton Road will open at 8:35am.  Doors open at 8:40 and close at 8:50.  After this time children will enter through the Office to be signed in by a parent. The gates will be closed at 9:00am to allow parents time to leave site.  Children arriving after the gates are closed will need to use the intercom to contact the Office.

Afternoon registration is at 1:00pm and school finishes for the day at 3:15pm

Total time in the school week is 32.5 hours.
Breakfast Club

From 27th April 2026, our school was very excited to open a Department for Education (Dfe)-backed free breakfast club for all children from Reception to Year 6.

The breakfast club runs each school day from 08.15m, providing children with a healthy breakfast and a calm, positive start to the day. We are delighted to be able to offer this provision free of charge for all pupils.

Places must be booked in advance via MCAS.

Wrap Around Care

We are delighted to introduce Premier Education who will be providing our before and after school wraparound care sessions after October 2025 half term.  

The team offer Ofsted registered provision within a safe, engaging, and active environment for children at the start and end of the school day. This is through a wide range of fun and enriching activities, supporting your child’s development, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
